Passenger bus overturned on highway, 13 people injured
At about 4:00 a.m. on July 13, at the southern foot of Co Ma Pass (Km 1372 + 850 - National Highway 1A), in Khanh Hoa province, a serious traffic accident occurred, injuring 13 passengers.

According to initial information from the Van Ninh District Traffic Police, the luxury sleeper bus, license plate 79N-0688 of Cuc Tung Company, driven by Nguyen Van Khuong (44 years old, residing in Phu Cat, Binh Dinh) from Hue City, passing almost the end of Co Ma Pass, suddenly overturned, covering most of the road.
At the time of the accident, there were 30 foreign passengers and 10 Vietnamese passengers on board. 13 passengers were injured, two of them seriously, and no one died. Most likely due to a pothole, the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The accident caused National Highway 1A to be congested for several hours. The Northern Traffic Police Team of Khanh Hoa Province and the Traffic Police Team of Van Ninh District Police arrived promptly to coordinate traffic flow in one lane.
The Van Ninh District Police Investigation Agency is investigating the accident.
