Many schools have quite high NV2 benchmark scores and do not consider NV3. Among them, there are 3 colleges: Hanoi Pedagogical College, Central Transport College, and Construction No. 1. Hanoi Pedagogical College takes up to 19 points for the Chemistry Pedagogy major; Central Transport College takes 16 points for the road and bridge construction major...

Hung Vuong University, Phu Tho has many majors recruiting NV2 students with the same minimum score as the floor score, but there are also many majors with high scores such as Biology Pedagogy (17 points); Accounting (15 points)... Due to the lack of quotas, the school recruits many NV3 students. Hong Duc University (Thanh Hoa) has just announced the NV2 admission score. Accordingly, the standard score is equal to the ministry's minimum score and the school continues to announce the recruitment of 810 more NV3 students. The University of Commerce also announced the NV2 admission score - university and college admission in 2011. Accordingly, the score is very high (from 18.5 to 20.5 points). The Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine announced the NV2 admission score for the regular university system is 22.5 points. Nearly 300 candidates with scores from 19 to 22 points who do not pass the university system will be given priority for admission to the intermediate system.

Many local universities use NV2 benchmark scores equal to the floor scores and consider NV3 admission such as Phan Thiet, Ha Tinh, Quang Nam, Da Lat, Quang Binh, Tay Do Universities...
