The draft documents include: Draft Political Report of the 11th Party Central Committee at the 12th National Party Congress; Draft Report on the assessment of the results of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development tasks 2011-2015 and the direction and tasks of socio-economic development for the 5-year period 2016-2020.

- Forecast the situation before and after the 11th Congress.

- Evaluate achievements, limitations, weaknesses and causes.

- Development perspectives (focusing on the following contents: Socialist-oriented market economic institutions, growth model, building a rule-of-law state associated with promoting people's mastery and strongly developing Vietnamese enterprises).
