Conference overview |
At the conference, most delegates agreed to promulgate the Law. In addition, many opinions said that on the basis of the law stipulating the recording of identity card numbers and household registration numbers on the ID card, should the household registration book still be kept? The district, city and town police should be assigned to register and manage population data for strict management. In addition, the issues of marriage, divorce and death certificates that have not been mentioned should be added to the population data of the Law. It is necessary to collect blood type information to be mandatory on the ID card; it is proposed to remove the content of place of origin in the ID card and to remove the issuance of cards to people under 14 years old because it is not necessary in practice. In addition, delegates also contributed some opinions on adjusting the names, terms and words in some chapters and articles of the draft law.
