(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 25, at the Martyrs' Cemetery of Do Luong district, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, the Party Committee and people of Do Luong district, on behalf of the people of the whole country, solemnly held a burial ceremony for the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Laos, gathered in the second phase, dry season 2013-2014.
Attending the funeral were delegations from the Policy Department - Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 4 Command, Special Working Groups of Vientiane, Xaysomboun, Xiengkhuang provinces. On the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and many people.

In the second phase of the 2013-2014 dry season, the delegation of collecting martyrs' graves of Nghe An province overcame many difficulties, closely coordinated with all levels, sectors and localities of the three provinces of Xieng Khouang, Xay-Xom-Bun and Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic to search, collect and move the remains of 31 Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in the three provinces of Laos back to Vietnam. Among the 31 martyrs, there were 3 martyrs whose names, ages and hometowns were clearly identified.

At the ceremony, the delegations respectfully offered incense and flowers. The eulogy commemorating the heroic martyrs of the volunteer army and Vietnamese experts who sacrificed their lives in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, presented by Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Special Working Committee of Nghe An province, expressed their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the noble international duty. We pledge before the souls of the martyrs, the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province to always unite, strive, and work together with the people of the whole country to build our homeland and country to become more and more prosperous, worthy of the great sacrifice of the heroic martyrs. Major General Xi Da Lo - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Governor of Vientiane Province, on behalf of the Lao ethnic people, expressed his deep gratitude to the martyrs.... The Command of Military Region 4 and the Special Working Group of Nghe An Province presented gifts to the delegation collecting martyrs' graves of Nghe An Province and the Management Board of the Martyrs' Cemetery of Do Luong District.
