The Quan Am statue area on the top of Phuong mountain has been surveyed and planned by competent authorities to be built on a land area of more than 4 hectares with main construction items such as: monument square, Tam Bao shrine, monk hall, monk guest hall, lecture hall, meditation tea house, Bodhi house, natural eucalyptus forest, well, parking lot... It is known that An Thai Pagoda has existed for a long time and was renovated on a large scale during the Tran Minh Tong period (1324-1329). According to the Yin-Yang theory, the pagoda is located in the middle of the "four spirits meeting", with four gods attending, namely Thanh Long, Bach Ho, Chu Tuoc and Huyen Vu.

Today, the pagoda still preserves three ancient statues in the style of the Later Le Dynasty, which are the statue of Buddha Sakyamuni and two statues of Manjushri and Samantabhadra. Especially the sacred ancient well, at the bottom of the well there is a cross-shaped wooden plank, engraved with the words: "Thien Thanh Giap Ty nien khai thien tao tinh", the content shows that the well was dug in 1024 under the reign of King Ly Thai To, Thien Thanh year. On this occasion, Buddhist monks and followers of An Thai pagoda sincerely held a charity ceremony, praying for the country to prosper, the Dharma to last forever, and for all people to live and work in peace.
