On May 8, the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 1914/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Hoang Mai Town Population - Family Planning Center. According to that Decision, the Hoang Mai Town Population - Family Planning Center is a public service unit under the Provincial Department of Population - Family Planning, with the function of implementing and performing professional, technical tasks, communication and education on population - family planning, reproductive health care for people in the town...
According to the above Decision, the Provincial Department of Population and Family Planning decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Van Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Center for Population and Family Planning of Quynh Luu district to hold the position of Director of the Center for Population and Family Planning of Hoang Mai town. The staff of the center includes 1 director, 1 deputy director, 4 administrative and professional staff. The temporary headquarters of the Center for Population and Family Planning of Hoang Mai town is located at Bac Quynh Luu Private High School.
The establishment of the Population and Family Planning Center of Hoang Mai Town not only has the meaning of perfecting the administrative apparatus of the town but also creates favorable conditions for communication about population and reproductive health care for people in the area.
