At the same time, established inspection teams to inspect cultural activities and cultural services before, during and after the festival; inspected the work of ensuring security, order and food hygiene and safety in the area; strictly prohibited all disguised gambling games. Directed the Chau Tien Commune People's Committee to organize traditional Thai food stalls to serve tourists; The Women's Union coordinated with the District Vocational Guidance and Training Center to organize booths to display and sell brocade products. Reporter: Could you please tell us about the new features of this year's Bua Cave Festival?
Comrade Vi Van Tien: Starting in 1996, the Bua Cave Festival was held experimentally, and 2012 was the 16th year the festival was maintained. Like every year, the Bua Cave Festival has two main parts: the Ceremony and the Festival. The Ceremony includes activities: the Opening Ceremony, the Proclamation Ceremony, the Great Ceremony, and the Thanksgiving Ceremony to commemorate the merits of those who founded the village. The Festival includes activities: sports competitions (men's soccer, men's volleyball, crossbow shooting, tug of war, stick pushing, throwing con, walking on a bamboo stilt); culture and arts include: culinary competitions, art competitions, gong performances, carving, bamboo dancing; incense rolling competitions; brocade weaving competitions; camping competitions; Thai writing contest... This year, for the first time, the festival organized a wine culture contest including: drinking wine in weddings, in housewarming ceremonies, in festivals... with different forms of performances by shamans and Cham makers. For a district with over 80% of Thai people living, organizing a wine culture contest has practical significance in preserving and promoting the cultural lifestyle of the Thai people.

Reporter: To link the Bua Cave Festival with community tourism development in the 2011-2015 period, what solutions has the district had, sir?
Comrade Vi Van Tien: The tourism development goal of Quy Chau set for 2015 (taking into account 2020) is that Quy Chau will become an attractive tourist destination in the Northwest of Nghe An with complete infrastructure and unique tourism products; strive to have the proportion of trade and service economy account for 37.5% by 2015; reach 19-20 thousand tourists to Quy Chau, tourism revenue increases by an average of 21-22%/year.
Identifying the Bua Cave Festival as a "highlight" for developing community tourism in Quy Chau, the district has therefore invested in upgrading the infrastructure items serving the festival, at the same time, increasing the promotion of the Bua Cave Festival; promoting the routes and tours: Bua Cave - Tham Chang - Tham Noi - Ton That; Bua Cave - Ngan Grass Cave - Pha Xang Mountain Climbing in many forms. Promoting the construction and development of Thai cultural clubs; preserving traditional cultural values; exploiting the unique features in culinary culture; traditional products; diversifying souvenir products... Improving the quality of tourism services, service quality at accommodation establishments, restaurants... Building a friendly and safe tourism environment to make Quy Chau an attractive community tourism destination.
