At the twinning ceremony, the village chiefs of the two villages signed a commitment to propagate and mobilize people to protect the original state of the border line, border markers and border belt and area. Not to build structures that change the flow of rivers and streams on both sides of the border. Strictly comply with regulations on border crossings, no encroachment, no shooting across the border, no causing fires or explosions, no slash-and-burn farming within the border belt of each side; No illegal exploitation of forests, minerals and resources on both sides of the border, no participation in harboring or concealing illegal hunters.
Do not discharge toxic substances that pollute the environment. Do not participate in or encourage illegal marriages between people on both sides of the border. Do not let livestock on one side destroy crops and fields of people on both sides of the border. Do not participate in illegal religious propaganda. Do not participate in trading or harboring, showing the way to human traffickers and other criminals. Do not participate in transporting contraband goods, illegally transporting and trading in drugs, weapons, explosives, toxic cultural products and other prohibited goods.
Each family and individual must be responsible for promptly reporting to the village chief, commune chief, commune and cluster authorities, border guards and border police of both sides about any violations of territorial sovereignty and national interests of each country.
