(Baonghean.vn)- On the morning of September 12, Nghe An Provincial People's Court solemnly held the 70th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Court of Vietnam (September 13, 1945 -2015).
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Truong Hoa Binh - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court. On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Ba Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; representatives of the provincial National Assembly delegation, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Party Committee's Committee Office, provincial departments, branches and sectors and generations of leaders, cadres and civil servants of the court sector through the periods.

Along with the system of People's Courts nationwide, the People's Courts at two levels of Nghe An province were established after President Ho Chi Minh issued Decree No. 13 on April 21, 1945 establishing the Court sector. Throughout the 70-year journey of construction and development, with the consistent theme: "Serving the public, following the law, being fair and impartial" and the motto "being close to the people, understanding the people, helping the people, learning from the people", the People's Courts at two levels of the province have constantly made efforts, overcome all difficulties and achieved many great results in performing the functions and tasks of the sector. Especially since implementing the renovation policy, the People's Court system has implemented the Resolutions of the Party and the National Assembly, contributing to the implementation of the task of building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam of the people, by the people, for the people.

He believed that under the leadership of the Party, the attention of the State; the close coordination of relevant agencies; with the fine tradition of 70 years of construction, striving and growth, all cadres and civil servants of the People's Court at two levels of Nghe An province will join hands, unite their hearts, devote their efforts, overcome shortcomings and shortcomings; improve their sense of responsibility, moral qualities and professional qualifications to excellently complete the tasks entrusted by the Party, State and people, worthy of the position as the center of judicial reform.
