On April 21, Family and Children Magazine, Family and Society Newspaper, Vietnam Television, Thien Son Media Company, Capital Media Company, Hanoi Red Cross Society and Nghe An Province Children's Fund, with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and other sponsors, successfully organized the 4th charity art exchange program "Sympathetic Hearts".
Through the program, 50 children with heart disease in 12 provinces and cities across the country have been supported with humanitarian heart surgery costs, each surgery costing 50 million VND. In addition to supporting congenital heart surgery, the program also donated 100 savings books, each worth 5-10 million VND, donated 3 charity houses, each worth 50 million VND, donated 25 wheelchairs, each worth 3 million VND and donated 500 gifts, each worth 500 thousand VND, (total value of 4 billion VND) to children with congenital heart disease, victims of Agent Orange, children with serious illnesses in difficult circumstances...
Comrade Le Xuan Dai presented the Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee and thanked the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade for accompanying children with heart disease.

The program has sponsored 20 children with congenital heart disease in Nghe An province, of which 6 children have been and are being operated on and cared for at the Provincial General Hospital, and 14 others are being operated on and cared for at the Hanoi Heart Hospital. On May 22, at the launching ceremony of the Month of Action for Children of Nghe An province held in Thai Hoa town, the 4th "Sympathetic Hearts" program continued to award 30 savings books and 01 charity house with a total value of over 200 million VND.
Presenting the certificate of merit from the Provincial People's Committee to the Sponsor and speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Xuan Dai warmly praised and highly appreciated the Program and the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade for their noble actions in socializing the care of children in special circumstances in Nghe An province; at the same time thanked Hanoi Heart Hospital for successfully transferring the open heart surgery technique to Nghe An Provincial General Hospital.
