With the purpose of praying for gratitude and showing filial piety to our ancestors who founded the country, the heroic martyrs who died for the country, the souls of those who contributed to the country and the people, the souls of those who died in wars, natural disasters, epidemics, accidents and ancestors of the families.

With the largest scale ever in Vinh City, the grand ceremony was held very solemnly with many rituals such as: Announcing to the country, Worshiping the gods; Informing Buddha to open the sutras and worship the Three Jewels; Inviting the Bodhisattvas and the guardian angels, Inviting the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the country; Praying for national peace and prosperity, world peace, and happiness for all people; and for the prosperity of all families. The grand ceremony of the grand ceremony was very solemn, with the participation of thousands of monks, nuns, Buddhists of Nghe An, Hanoi, Hue and a large number of people from Vinh City, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, etc.
