Having secret relationship, brother-in-law murdered sister-in-law in motel then drove into car and committed suicide
Yen Bai Provincial Police are investigating the cause of a murder that occurred at a motel, leaving a woman dead.
Yesterday afternoon, at Phuong Th. Hotel, Group 9, Hop Minh Ward, Yen Bai City, a serious crime occurred. The victim was Ms. Hoang Thi L. (26 years old, Viet Hong Commune, Tran Yen District, Yen Bai Province).
The suspect was immediately identified as Bui Anh My (34 years old, same commune), the victim's brother-in-law.

According to the investigation agency, after killing her sister-in-law, My rode her motorbike towards Au Co street and then crashed straight into a car going in the opposite direction in an attempt to commit suicide but did not die.
During the investigation of the accident, My confessed to having just killed someone at Phuong Th Hotel.
Bui Anh My's family said that although My and L. were sister-in-law and brother-in-law, the two secretly had a relationship with each other and were warned many times by family members.
On October 21, the two met at a hotel and had a conflict that led to the murder.
Bui Anh My is being treated at Yen Bai General Hospital.
