The Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency has issued a Decision to prosecute a criminal case related to Hoang Huong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and the companies and business households established by Huong.
On the evening of October 4, a representative of the Ministry of Public Security said that the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency had issued Decision No. 62/QD-VPCQCSDT to prosecute criminal case on the crime of "Violation of accounting regulations causing serious consequences", stipulated in Article 221 related to Hoang Huong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and companies and business households established and directed by Hoang Thi Huong to operate in Hanoi and provinces and cities nationwide.
The Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency also issued a decision to prosecute the accused, an order to arrest the accused for temporary detention, and an order prohibiting them from leaving their place of residence for the 6 accused.
Specifically, prosecuted and temporarily detained Hoang Thi Huong - Owner of Hoang Thi Huong business household, owner of Hoang Huong ecosystem; Nguyen Thi Thoa - Hoang Huong's assistant, Director of K&B Trading and Investment Company Limited); Nguyen Hoai Nam - Huong's brother-in-law, Director of Cavipha Company Limited; Hoang Anh Dung - former Marketing Director of Hoang Huong Pharmaceutical Company Limited; Nguyen Duy Khanh - Huong's brother-in-law, Treasurer of KB Trading and Investment Company Limited for the crime of "Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences", stipulated in Clause 3, Article 221, Penal Code.
Prosecute and apply measures prohibiting Nguyen Thi Huong - former Chief Accountant of Hoang Huong Pharmaceutical Company Limited from leaving her place of residence.
After the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 3) issued decisions approving the above-mentioned procedural decisions, the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency conducted procedural measures in compliance with legal provisions.
Currently, the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency is conducting an expanded investigation into the case, clarifying all violations of related individuals to strictly handle them according to the provisions of the law.
