Provincial Labor Federation commends 39 outstanding families in the period 2016-2020

At the Vinh City bridge, the conference was attended by comrades: Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Kha Van Tam - Member of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Women's Union, the Department of Culture and Sports, the Provincial Committee for the Advancement of Women, and representatives of 14 typical families of workers. The conference also set up 3 more connecting points in Anh Son district, Do Luong district and Thai Hoa town.

Over the years, the trade union has always paid special attention to child care and protection; gender equality; prevention of social evils and domestic violence. In order to provide knowledge and life skills for employees in family care and child rearing, the provincial Labor Federation has directed trade unions at all levels to establish and maintain clubs for employees. emulation movement"Good at public affairs, good at home affairs"in female employees associated with the movement "Women actively study, work, be creative, build happy families" has always been of interest to all levels of trade unions. In particular, building a cultural family is a criterion, which is actively responded to by many employees, especially female employees. Every year, over 90% of female employees achieve the title "Good at public work - Good at housework", over 90% of employees' families are recognized as cultural families, many employees' families are recognized as studious families, sports families.

To contribute to motivating, recognizing and creating cohesion among members of the employee's family, every year, trade unions at all levels organize many meaningful activities such as meeting the bride and groom, praising exemplary employee's families, praising employee's children with high achievements in studying, etc.

At the conference, 4 families of workers representing 4 locations gave presentations sharing their efforts and experiences in building happy families.

The conference awarded 1 Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 10 Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee and 28 Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Confederation of Labor to 39 exemplary families of workers in the period 2016-2020.
