However, through the implementation process, the Law on Employment has revealed difficulties, limitations, and inadequacies, requiring early research, amendment, and supplementation, stemming from four reasons: Institutionalizing the viewpoints, guidelines, and policies of the Party and State on employment; Ensuring the unity and synchronization of the legal system, in accordance with standards, practices, and commitments in the field of employment; Overcoming existing shortcomings, limitations, and inadequacies in the practical implementation of the Law on Employment; Current situation and trends of the Vietnamese labor market, and new requirements for improving the capacity and effectiveness of State management in the field of employment.
In this revision, the revised Law on Employment aims to institutionalize the Party's policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency, unity and suitability of the legal system under the management, control and regulation of the State.
