The 3rd Vinh City Elderly Singing Festival

(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, June 18, the Vinh City Elderly Association held the closing ceremony of the 3rd City Elderly Singing Festival, 2012.

The festival was attended by 23 delegations from the elderly associations of 23 communes and wards in the city. With the theme of praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, praising the movement “Old age, bright example”, the movement to build new rural areas… the delegations brought to the festival special singing, dancing and music performances, which were elaborately staged. Among them were many self-composed performances of high artistic quality.

The Organizing Committee awarded first prize to Le Loi ward and second and third prizes to units with excellent performances.
