Revealing attractive tourist destination of Hoi An ancient town after 2 years of closure
After 2 years of restoration, the Japanese Covered Bridge relic - a famous symbol of Hoi An ancient town (Quang Nam) has completed most of the items and will reopen to welcome visitors in early August.

Due to the serious deterioration of the Japanese Covered Bridge, in December 2022, Hoi An closed this relic for "major restoration", with a total cost of more than 20 billion VND. After 2 years of restoration, the main items of the Japanese Covered Bridge have been completed.

In the middle of the bridge is the entrance to the Pagoda, above the entrance to the worshiping room is a sign with the three words "Lai Vien Kieu". Below the sign are two door eyes, a distinct architectural detail of Hoi An.
