(Baonghean) - In Quy Chinh II hamlet, Van Dien commune (Nam Dan), there are currently two steel billet furnaces owned by Mr. Nguyen Huu Luc and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc located right in the residential area.

The operation of these two steel billet furnaces has a great impact on the lives and health of the people. Every time the factory operates, black smoke billows out and a strong burning smell rises. In addition, these two facilities mainly operate at night, starting from 10pm to about 4.5am the next day, completely disrupting the lives of the people, with the most severe impacts being on the elderly and children.

Propose that the People's Committee of Nam Dan district soon have a plan to relocate these two steel billet furnaces out of residential areas to ensure the lives and activities of the people, as well as create conditions for businesses to stabilize production.
