The Vietnam national team and U23 are still participating in international tournaments and the VFF needs to quickly complete its personnel structure to replace coach Troussier.

VFF has listed a number of options for the position of head coach of the national U23 team participating in the 2024 AFC U23 Championship and will announce it after reaching agreements.

Mr. Tran Anh Tu said that the same is true for the national team. In the next two months, if a suitable candidate is found, it can be done during the FIFA Days in June. The national team head coach will be considered and evaluated based on criteria of prestige, professional qualifications and importantly, must be suitable for Vietnamese football.

Currently, the online community supports the VFF's plan to use a domestic coach for the national team's hot seat, in which Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan is a potential candidate.

Coach Park Hang-seo becomes senior advisor of Bac Ninh FC

On the afternoon of March 27, in Bac Ninh city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province coordinated with Bac Ninh Football Club to organize the ceremony to send off Bac Ninh Football to compete in the 2024 National Second Division and introduce Senior Advisor Park Hang-seo.
