Rumors of foreign clubs asking to buy Cong Phuong and Tuan Anh

There is a lot of information that Japanese, Korean, English, and Dutch partners are asking to buy the U19 Vietnam star.

After the U19 returned to Vietnam after the Asian finals, there was a continuous flow of information about Cong Phuong, Tuan Anh, Xuan Truong, Van Toan… being asked to transfer by clubs from Japan, Korea, England, and the Netherlands. However, there was information that even insiders like Mr. Duc shook their heads, not knowing where it came from.

VFF President Le Hung Dung, when answering the Federation's newspaper, revealed that Arsenal FC is interested in and wants to transfer Cong Phuong and Xuan Truong. In principle, the London club is the main partner of HAGL, so if there is any information, the mountain city team will be the first to know. Currently, HAGL has not provided any information about the Gunners wanting to transfer Phuong and Truong. According to the signed training contract, Arsenal FC has priority in choosing players before other clubs. This team invited Cong Phuong, Tuan Anh, Xuan Truong, and Dong Trieu to come for testing in 2012.

Soon after, there was news that PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands, the team Lee Nguyen played for in the 2006-2008 season) was eyeing four players: Cong Phuong, Van Toan, Tuan Anh, and Xuan Truong. But once again, insiders like Mr. Duc and Mr. Tan Anh (Mr. Duc's assistant, in charge of foreign affairs) did not know about this information until they read the newspaper. This information made the story of some key players of the U19 Vietnam team being invited to play abroad more exciting.

Bau Duc affirmed that currently, only a few brokers and scouts in Japan and Korea have directly contacted HAGL people about the transfer issue. Japanese scouts have been following Vietnam U19 for a long time, so they have a very good understanding of Cong Phuong, Tuan Anh and Xuan Truong. As for the Korean side, they may start to pay attention to HAGL academy players at the Asian U19 tournament.

However, once again, Mr. Duc said he would not sell Cong Phuong or the players from the first class of the Academy. He wanted the players to continue to stick together in the club's jersey in V-League 2015 before thinking about transferring.
