Born in 1933; Hometown: An Ninh Village, Gia Hoa Commune, Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province
Due to old age and poor health, despite the devoted care and treatment of doctors and children, he could not survive and passed away at 4:58 p.m. on February 7, 2020 (January 14, Canh Ty year), at the age of 88.
Our family would like to sincerely thank the Funeral Organizing Committee for their dedicated help in organizing the funeral; bringing our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-grandmother to their final resting place at the hometown cemetery in a complete and solemn manner.
During this time of confusion, if there is any oversight, our family hopes to receive sympathy and forgiveness.
