Nghia Dan District People's Court has just sentenced Truong Van Binh, born February 16, 1992 in Nghia Minh Commune, Nghia Dan, to 12 months in prison for theft of property.
According to the indictment, at 2:00 p.m. on February 6, 2011, Truong Van Binh and some friends went to drink alcohol at Le Van Long's house in Hamlet 6, Nghia Minh Commune, Nghia Dan. Taking advantage of the fact that Hoanh Van Hoan was drunk and sleeping, Truong Van Binh stole Hoan's motorbike and sold it for money.
Previously, on September 30, 2009, Truong Van Binh was sentenced by the People's Court of Nghia Dan district to 6 months in prison but given a suspended sentence, also for theft of property.

Running a project, temporarily suspended from work
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district has just decided to temporarily suspend Mr. Nguyen Dinh Huu (Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen Bac commune) and Ms. Nguyen Thi The (Principal of Hung Yen Bac Primary School).

On May 6, Ta Quang Hong (born in 1994), residing in Block 6, Quan Bau Ward, was arrested by the ward police because Hong went to a nearby acquaintance's house, borrowed a motorbike worth nearly 9 million VND and "never returned". The evidence in this fraud case was seized immediately afterwards.
Also because of the above behavior, Hung Dung Ward Police arrested Nguyen Trung Dat (born in 1963), residing in Van Lam block. Dat is unemployed and has a bad personal history.
