The seventh episode of the show "Familiar Faces" aired on the evening of May 30. This week, Thanh Duy transformed into Long Nhat. His challenge was doubled because he had to imitate the image of the female character performed by singer Long Nhat in the song "Love is poor and we have each other".

Thanh Duy is the contestant who dressed up as a woman the most at this year's "Familiar Faces" contest. He was praised for his makeup and performance that looked very much like a woman. The male singer imitated Long Nhat's Hue accent when performing. He sang and acted out the scene of a daughter-in-law being bullied by her mother-in-law. To make the performance more lively, Long Nhat was invited to play the role of a spoiled mother-in-law, participating in juggling with Thanh Duy. Looking at his junior's wriggling appearance when transforming into his image, Long Nhat laughed: "It's even more exaggerated than the original, the original didn't act that fiercely."

My Linh commented that through the performance, she saw more of Thanh Duy than Long Nhat. Meanwhile, judge Duc Huy was impressed with both Thanh Duy's live singing ability and acting. "Even though you changed clothes right on stage, you didn't miss a beat. For me, your singing voice and technique are now perfect," Duc Huy said.

Nhat Thuy transformed into diva Celine Dion with the song "All by myself". Unlike most of the contest entries which were elaborately prepared for the animation or dance demonstration, in her performance, Nhat Thuy just stood still on the stage and conquered the audience with her high-pitched voice.
Judge My Linh had been to the US to see Celine Dion sing, so she thought Nhat Thuy had not yet achieved the style and powerful voice of a diva. However, My Linh and the two judges agreed that Nhat Thuy had an emotional performance. "I got goosebumps when I heard you sing," Duc Huy said. Nhat Thuy achieved the highest score of the week to win the prize worth 100 million VND. She donated half of the prize money to charity.

Ai Phuong transformed into Ho Ngoc Ha with the performance "I don't need you". Although she looks quite similar to her senior, Ai Phuong still feels pressured to practice to have a characteristic husky voice.

The judges all said that Ai Phuong worked hard to research the character, but she did not perform like Ha Ho from singing to acting.

Ngoc Lien transformed into child singer Bao An - the girl who participated in the show "Familiar Faces Kids" last year. She performed the song "Xuc Xac Xuc Xe". The female singer tried to imitate the cute lisp of a four-year-old.

Judges Hoai Linh, My Linh, Duc Huy and contestants of "Familiar Faces Kids" went on stage to sing with Ngoc Lien. The group performance brought a joyful atmosphere to welcome the upcoming International Children's Day on June 1st.

Khuong Ngoc transformed into Quang Ha with the song "Ngo". This week, the actor shed his familiar humorous demeanor to play the role of a man struggling in love. He sang live well and emotionally.

Judge Duc Huy commented that Khuong Ngoc imitated Quang Ha's voice very well, and even his appearance was very similar. My Linh was impressed by Khuong Ngoc's acting ability.

Mai Quoc Viet pretended to be the handsome singer Adam Levine of the group Maroon 5. He sang the song "One more night". The male contestant also spent time practicing beatboxing to replace many accompanying instruments for his performance. Judge My Linh commented: "The further we go into the competition, the more I like you. Behind your gentle smile is a very creative and intelligent person. Today you completely convinced me". The eighth show "Familiar Faces" aired on June 6.
