Artillery Brigade 16-QK4 handed over gratitude houses in Quy Hop

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 12, Artillery Brigade 16 - Military Region 4 held an inauguration ceremony and handed over a gratitude house to the family of Senior Lieutenant Lo Huu Quy in Quang Vinh hamlet, Chau Quang commune, Quy Hop district.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of Brigade 16, presented the decision on the house of gratitude to soldier Lo Huu Quy.

Senior Lieutenant Lo Huu Quy is a professional soldier of Brigade 16, with a difficult family situation, working far from home, his wife and young children are staying at a relative's house. With the coordination and support of the local government and people, after more than 3 months of construction, the gratitude house that officers and soldiers of Artillery Brigade 16 - Military Region 4 dedicated to their comrade has been completed. The house has 3 rooms with a usable area of ​​over 100m2, with a total value of over 300 million VND, of which the "gratitude" fund of the Ministry of National Defense supported 70 million VND, the unit supported more than 220 working days worth about 40 million VND and the remaining amount was contributed by brothers and relatives.

This is a practical action showing the concern of the Party and the Army in the "military rear" policy, contributing to encouraging and sharing difficulties so that Senior Lieutenant Lo Huu Quy can work with peace of mind and complete the assigned tasks well.
