215th Tank Brigade donates gratitude houses to officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances
Towards the 67th anniversary of National Day September 2, this morning August 27, the 215th Tank Brigade - Armored Corps organized the handover and inauguration of a house for comrade Nguyen Canh Phap, a Brigade officer with especially difficult circumstances in hamlet 8, Trang Son commune, Do Luong district.
(Baonghean.vn) -Towards the 67th anniversary of National Day September 2, this morning August 27, the 215th Tank Brigade - Armored Corps organized the handover and inauguration of a house for comrade Nguyen Canh Phap, a Brigade officer with especially difficult circumstances in hamlet 8, Trang Son commune, Do Luong district.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Thanh Thuy - Deputy Political Commissar of the Armored Corps; comrades in the Party Committee, Brigade Command and representatives of local authorities.
Over the years, the 215th Tank Brigade has always attached importance to and effectively carried out social work and gratitude. From 2000 to present, the Brigade has raised more than 900 million VND for the gratitude fund; donated hundreds of savings books, visited and gave gifts, and organized medical examinations and treatment, providing free medicine to nearly 4,200 policy beneficiaries with a total value of more than 450 million VND. The Brigade has also built 12 gratitude houses, 1 great solidarity house, and 1 comrade house; each house is worth from 20 to 60 million VND, given to families of war invalids, martyrs, meritorious people and soldiers in the unit with difficult circumstances.

Responding to the program "saving, building a 100-dong house" in the military youth to give to the families of cadres and youth union members with especially difficult housing circumstances, the Party Committee and Command of the 215th Tank Brigade decided to build a house of gratitude for the family of Lieutenant Nguyen Canh Phap in Trang Son, Do Luong. The house was built spaciously with a usable area of 56m2. The total construction cost was 170 million VND, of which the Brigade contributed 60 million VND.
In the coming time, the Brigade will continue to mobilize officers and soldiers in the unit to contribute to build more gratitude houses to give to families of soldiers in the unit who are in especially difficult housing circumstances.
