Armed Forces of Military Region 4 'Respect the law to build traffic culture'
On the evening of February 26, Military Region 4 organized a legal propaganda program on Directive 35/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister and Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government with the theme of the armed forces of Military Region 4 "Respecting the law to build a traffic culture".
On the side of the central agency and the Ministry of National Defense delegates, there were comrades: Le Kim Thanh - Vice Chairman of the National Traffic Safety Committee; Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Motorcycles - Transport, General Department of Technical Logistics - Ministry of National Defense; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huy - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Head of the Military Youth Committee and delegates of the Military Youth Committee officers...
On the side of the Military Region 4 delegates, there was Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Military Region. Also attending the program were representatives of leaders and cadres.National Traffic Safety Committee, Provincial Police, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Vinh University and related units.

Recognizing the importance of raising awareness of traffic law compliance, contributing to reducing accidents while participating in traffic, and effectively implementing traffic safety education, Military Region 4 has coordinated with relevant units to organize a program to widely disseminate and disseminate to officers, soldiers of agencies, units and people in the area to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Directive 35/CT-TTg and Decree 168/2024/ND-CP.

The effectiveness and practicality of Directive 35 and Decree 168 of the Government have raised the awareness of each person when participating in traffic. That demonstrates the trust of the people in the policies and guidelines of the Party, the policies and laws of the State, because the ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and peace of traffic participants.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 4 hoped that the propaganda program would promote the role of officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces in disseminating and educating the law, mobilizing people to comply with the law, creating a clear change in awareness and consciousness of law compliance in traffic participation, especially when drinking alcohol, beer, as well as attitudes and behaviors when being handled for violations.

With the desire to build an interesting, attractive and highly practical propaganda model, the program's Organizing Committee has researched and coordinated with functional units to build a new scenario, conveying legal knowledge in an easy-to-understand, attractive and engaging way, attracting the attention of cadres, union members and the masses.
Accordingly, from videos simulating situations and mock trials of violations of road traffic regulations causing serious consequences, the Organizing Committee has modeled an interactive game show, answering questions between youth union members, students and providing answers from experts from specialized and specialized units.

On this occasion, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Military Region awarded Certificates of Merit from the Minister of National Defense to 2 collectives and 3 individuals "For their outstanding achievements in implementing phase 1 (2021-2024) of the Project". 1371.

Along with that, the Military Region Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives with outstanding achievements in ensuring traffic safety in the 2020-2025 period and 4 collectives and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in coordinating the propaganda of Directive No. 35/CT-TTg dated September 17, 2024 of the Prime Minister and Decree No. 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 26, 2024 of the Government.
The Program's Organizing Committee also presented 20 gifts of helmets to participating officials, union members, youth, students and pupils.
