In Quynh Luu district, due to the impact of storm No. 4 in Cau Giat town and some communes, heavy rain caused some houses to be flooded. To help people overcome the consequences of floods, the Quynh Luu District Military Command mobilized more than 200 militia officers and soldiers to help people evacuate the elderly and children, move assets to safe places and reinforce the landslide spillway.
