Luis Enrique leaving Barca?
Coach Luis Enrique said he had to pay a lot for leading a big club like Barca.
"I have no doubt that I am working for the best club, where there are the best players. This is also my home and family, where I can win. But leading Barca is a very difficult job, and at the same time it costs me a lot. That is a negative factor that I have to consider when considering the next seasons," coach Enrique said in an interview on December 25.
Enrique's contract with Barca only expires in the summer of 2017. If he doesn't sign a new contract between now and next June, Barca will have to find a new coach soon.

Enrique, only 46 years old, is one of the most successful coaches in Barca's history. Since taking charge in 2014, this coach has won eight titles including two La Liga, two King's Cups, one Champions League, two Spanish Super Cups and one FIFA Club World Cup.
Before Enrique became coach, Barca had gone through a period of crisis. The team went empty-handed in the 2013-2014 season under the leadership of former coach Gerardo Martino.
Barca are currently second in La Liga 2016-2017, after 16 rounds. The team is three points behind Real and has played one more game.
