Mr. Nguyen Van Mui said: "In the situation in the 45th minute when striker Almeida fell in the Hai Phong penalty area, referee Tran Trung Hieu made an inaccurate assessment, leading to the decision to award a penalty to QNK.QN. Meanwhile, near the end of the second half, assistant Nguyen Ngoc Minh raised the flag to signal offside against striker Quang Hai when the QNK.QN player kicked the ball up but it hit a Hai Phong player, so Quang Hai was not in an offside position."
