The 2017 International Army Games officially ended on August 12 in the Moscow region, Russia. Opening on July 29, this year's games gathered 150 teams from 28 countries competing in various categories. The 2017 International Army Games were held simultaneously at 22 training grounds in five countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Kazakhstan and Russia. At the end of two weeks of competition, the Russian army won the highest position in 19 competitions, while teams from China won in seven competitions.
