32 people were prosecuted for carrying weapons to cause trouble at night.
On the evening of November 8, the Hue City Police Department issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings against 32 local teenagers who had caused public disorder; ordered the temporary detention of 15 people, and banned 17 people from leaving their places of residence.
Previously, due to a conflict, Dang Quoc Bao Hung's group (born 2008, residing in group 8, area 3, Huong An ward, Hue city) and 38 other people rode many motorbikes, each carrying 2 to 3 people, to find and beat up another group of young people in Huong Tra ward (Hue city).

When arriving at Tu Ha park, Huong Tra ward, because they could not find the group they wanted to beat, Dang Quoc Bao Hung's group turned their motorbikes to Highway 1A to return to the center of Hue city late at night.
At this time, Hung's group carried homemade knives, iron pipes, drove motorbikes at high speed, lined up side by side, went in the wrong direction, swerved, honked, causing chaos on the street, affecting security and order, and making passersby panic.
After receiving information about the incident, the Criminal Police Department of Hue City Police coordinated with the police of wards in the city to investigate and clarify the group of subjects who caused public disorder for strict handling.
