This place has become a sacred land, a shining symbol of revolutionary heroism, where the blood of comrades and compatriots was shed in the long march to liberate the nation. The place bears the footprints of hundreds of thousands of young men who fought passionately along Truong Son to save the country; the girls and boys who brought their eighteen and twenty years of age to the war, they entered the danger with optimism, the desire to live and responsibility for the country.
