Attending the meeting were comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and provincial departments, branches and organizations.

At the meeting, delegates gave many opinions on the results achieved in the first quarter as well as reflected and contributed ideas on many areas of work in the second quarter such as: personnel work in directing and organizing congresses of Farmers' Associations at all levels; the arrangement, assignment, and streamlining of one focal point for each mass organization in the spirit of Resolution 6 of the 12th Central Committee; some difficulties in arranging work for deputy secretaries of commune-level Youth Unions when streamlining the apparatus...

In addition, delegates also recommended and proposed contents related to issues at the grassroots level such as being more drastic in propaganda and implementing fire prevention and fighting; leaders at all levels providing guidance and direction on the arrangement of deputy level personnel of the Farmers' Association in districts; rearranging the focal points of the departments and offices of the Provincial Farmers' Association...

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged the efforts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations in performing the tasks of the first quarter of 2018; at the same time, he requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations to continue to pay attention to the grassroots and direct activities to the grassroots, promoting the achieved results.

Regarding the work of the second quarter, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son noted a number of key tasks such as promoting emulation movements towards the goal of completing the socio-economic tasks of the first 6 months and the whole year of 2018 as well as assigned political tasks.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations need to continue to promote the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" closely associated with the implementation of Resolutions of the 4th, 5th, and 6th Central Committees (term XII) of the Party in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo, the 2018 topic on "Building the working style and manners of leaders, cadres, and party members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style".

2018 is the "Year of Government Mass Mobilization", the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requires units to actively implement tasks and strengthen the signing of coordination plans with sectors to effectively and qualitatively implement, contributing to providing good support for union members and implementing the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement in 2018.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted that agencies and units need to well implement the roadmap for streamlining the apparatus and staff in the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee with the motto of being drastic, determined and ensuring science and efficiency; continue to care for and perfect the Fatherland Front organization and mass organizations through congresses at all levels, selecting qualified personnel in accordance with regulations.
