Stolen motorbike in Ha Tinh, received back in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 28, Hoang Mai Town Police organized the return of a motorbike to Mr. Ho Van Ky, 45 years old, residing in Tan Son 1 hamlet, Huong Son commune, Tan Ky district after 5 months of theft.

Previously, on May 10, while working in Ky Anh district (Ha Tinh), Mr. Ky had his motorbike with license plate 37 N1-13463 worth 30 million VND stolen. Afterwards, Mr. Ky reported the incident to the police.

Mr. Ky was returned his stolen motorbike by Hoang Mai town police.

On May 26, while on duty on Provincial Road 36, in Quynh Thien Ward, Hoang Mai Town, the Traffic Police Team of Hoang Mai Town Police discovered a young man about 25 years old riding a motorbike without a helmet, showing signs of traffic violations and irregularities, so they asked to stop the vehicle for inspection.

However, the motorcyclist took advantage of the traffic police checking another vehicle to abandon the vehicle and flee.

After checking the chassis number and engine number of the vehicle, Hoang Mai Town Police in coordination with Ha Tinh Provincial Police determined that the owner of the vehicle was Mr. Ho Van Ky.
