(Baonghean.vn) - At 12 noon on July 12, Mr. Nguyen Ba Huong (born in 1989, residing in Nghi Kieu, Nghi Loc) parked his motorbike on Phuong Hoang Street in Trung Do Ward, Vinh City when it was stolen by a thief. The motorbike is a SIRUS, with license plate 37M2 - 4442, valued at about 12 million VND.

Currently, the incident has been reported to Trung Do Ward Police for investigation and clarification.
