Personal conflict, took homemade gun to kill someone

(Baonghean.vn) - The Criminal Police Department (PC45 - Provincial Police) has just arrested Le Anh Ngoc (residing in Phong Thinh commune, Thanh Chuong district) for his involvement in a shooting that left one person dead.

According to the leader of PC45 Department, on the evening of February 8, the unit received information about a murder case occurring in Phong Thinh Commune, Thanh Chuong District. The unit quickly approached the scene and coordinated with Thanh Chuong District Police to arrest Le Anh Ngoc (born in 1975, residing in Phong Thinh Commune, Thanh Chuong District).

According to the initial investigation results, due to a previous personal conflict, on the evening of February 8, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dan (born in 1986, residing in Phong Thinh commune, Thanh Chuong district) called Mr. Ngoc to resolve the conflict.

However, during the conversation, the two continued to argue loudly. Afterwards, Dan went to Ngoc and his wife's restaurant to continue talking. There, the two continued to argue. In a fit of rage, Ngoc took a homemade gun and shot Dan, causing his death.

Currently, the police have detained Ngoc to assist in the investigation of the case.
