Canadian plane crashes into high-voltage power pole, flies off runway
In bad weather conditions, an Air Canada plane made an abrupt landing and veered off the runway at Halifax airport.
Officials said the incident occurred on Flight AC624 from Toronto in the early hours of March 29. There were 132 passengers and five crew members on board. All passengers were deplaned. About 22 people were taken to hospital for observation and treatment of minor injuries.

The plane is believed to be an Airbus with 150 seats.
Initial reports said the plane hit a power pole after landing. Power to the airport was lost but has since been restored.
Many flights to Halifax International Airport (Canada) have been delayed.
At the time of the incident, there was heavy snowfall, causing limited visibility.
