India's domestic airline Go First has explained the incident of leaving 55 passengers behind at the airport, while the plane still took off with luggage.
India's aviation regulator has asked Go First to explain how more than 50 passengers were left in a bus en route in Bangalore while the plane was still taking off to Delhi.
The incident that caused 55 passengers to miss their flight happened early in the morning of January 9 on Go First flight G8 116. According to NDTV, the cause was a misunderstanding during the exchange of information between the flight crew and ground control staff.

Even though these passengers had boarding passes and baggage tags, the plane took off for Delhi as scheduled before they could take their seats.
A Go First spokesman confirmed the incident was under investigation. A further 53 passengers boarded a flight on another airline and arrived in Delhi four hours later than originally scheduled. Two others opted to get their tickets refunded.
Recently, Indian airlines have encountered some problems in their operations.
Last week, Indian police arrested a male passenger who urinated on a female passenger in business class on an Air India flight to New York.
Activists have strongly protested that the man was only banned from flying for 30 days after his rude behavior. A court in New Delhi later ordered the passenger to be detained for 14 days while police investigate the incident. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.
In Russia began to develop the first vertical take-off aircraft.
