Plane carrying 100 people crashed into building
A plane carrying 95 passengers and five crew members lost altitude after takeoff and crashed into a building, killing at least seven people.
Bek Air flight number 2100, type unknown, disappeared from radar shortly after taking off from Almaty city to Kazakhstan's capital Nur-Sultan this morning.

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure later said the plane lost altitude, hit a concrete fence before crashing into a two-story building near the airport at 7:22 a.m. (8:22 a.m. Hanoi time).
At least seven people were killed and several others survived the accident. There was no fire at the scene and a rescue operation is underway.

Images from the scene showed extensive damage to the plane, with debris strewn across the ground and the house destroyed. Video from the scene showed firefighters on the scene and survivors screaming in terror.
