AFP news agency quoted the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport as saying that on August 30, the plane carrying Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov had to make an emergency landing due to a problem with the landing gear.
This is the second similar incident to happen to Mr. Borisov in just 6 months.
The plane's landing gear failed to fold as it left the airport in the eastern town of Varna, according to the Bulgarian Transport Ministry.
The Falcon 2000 circled over the Black Sea for 15 minutes to burn off fuel before flying back to Varna. Borisov returned to Sofia on another plane on the evening of August 30 after missing a ceremony in the southern city of Plovdiv.
On February 11, the same plane carrying Prime Minister Borisov was forced to return to Sofia after its landing gear failed to fold on the way to Brussels (Belgium)./.
