Russian aircraft violate Japanese airspace

Kyodo reported that the Japanese Ministry of Defense said that on the afternoon of September 16, a foreign aircraft, believed to be Russian, briefly violated Japanese airspace, forcing the Japan Air Self-Defense Force to deploy four fighter jets.
