When the epidemic situation in the US became complicated, MC Ky Duyen and her two daughters Yenli and Maili stayed at home and hardly went out. It was not until last June that she occasionally took her daughters to remote, deserted suburbs to immerse themselves in nature.
Every day, Ky Duyen asks an acquaintance to buy food and hang it in front of the door, then goes out to get the food and disinfects the plastic bags. She cooks for her family herself, but in two portions: one meat portion for everyone and one vegetarian portion for herself.

In many of her vlogs, Ky Duyen has emphasized the role of the spirit in human health. Specifically, if the spirit is healthy, people will be peaceful and healthy. The veteran MC "revealed" that meditation is an effective method to maintain a healthy and positive spirit.
"Maybe right now, everyone of us has some turmoil in our hearts and so do I. To keep my mind at peace, I always take time to meditate. Meditation has long been a part of my life. No matter how busy I am, I try to spend 10-15 minutes a day meditating. We should do it right now because meditation helps people think more clearly, let go of worries, understand themselves and appreciate life more. From there, health increases with a comfortable and healthy spirit," Ky Duyen shared.

Of course, for MC Ky Duyen, exercise is indispensable. She does not go to the gym regularly at her current age, instead she practices exercises that improve her body's flexibility such as dancing and yoga. Ky Duyen revealed that she exercises about 3 times a week, each session lasting about 1-2 hours. |
