Addicted to games, 11 year old boy robbed a bag containing money

(Baonghean.vn) – Ky Son police have just arrested a suspect who robbed Mr. Nguyen Van Huan on his way from Muong Xen to Huu Kiem. It is worth mentioning that the suspect has just turned 11 years old and is a student at a local elementary school.

At around 10:00 a.m. on March 5, while traveling from the center of Muong Xen town to Huu Kiem commune, LVY (residing in Huu Kiem commune) discovered Mr. Nguyen Van Huan, 75 years old, residing in Xop Nhi village, Huu Kiem commune, carrying a handbag in front of his bicycle basket, traveling alone from Muong Xen market to Huu Kiem commune. LVY overtook him and waited at the top of the slope in Na Luong 1 village, then snatched Mr. Huan's handbag and ran into the forest.

Immediately after receiving the report, the investigation police team of Ky Son District Police, in coordination with the Police Department of Huu Kiem Commune, quickly entered the investigation area. After more than 1 hour of pursuit, the police arrested LVY in the forest near Khe Ty village with evidence of a handbag containing over 5.5 million VND in cash, a phone and some documents of Mr. Huan's family.

On the same afternoon, after completing the case file, Ky Son district police returned the property to the victim.

It is known that LVY's parents had to go far away to work due to circumstances. He is currently living with his grandmother. Because of the lack of care and regular education from his parents, he has shown signs of being a playboy and addicted to playing games.
