Dismissal and removal from office of Party Secretary and Chairman of Thanh Chi Commune (Thanh Chuong)

With the above serious violations, the Standing Committee of Thanh Chuong District Party Committee decided to issue a disciplinary warning to the Standing Committee of Thanh Chi Commune Party Committee; issue a warning and dismiss Mr. Phung Van Dien from the position of Secretary of Thanh Chi Commune Party Committee; and expel Mr. Tran Dinh Nhuan, former policy officer of the commune, from the Party.

Thanh Chuong District People's Committee also issued a decision to remove Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc from the position of Chairman of Thanh Chi Commune People's Committee; warn and dismiss Mr. Le Van Thuy from the position of Vice Chairman of the commune, and reprimand Mr. Nguyen Quang Che, a Party official.
