Rally in response to World Environment Day and Sea and Islands Week 2015
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to World Environment Day (June 5) and Vietnam Sea and Island Week (June 1-8) in 2015, on the morning of June 3, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee held a rally at Quynh Phuong beach (Hoang Mai Town).

With the theme “Blue Ocean - Blue Planet”, the rally attracted nearly 500 people from agencies, units and organizations in the area. The event is part of a series of annual activities to raise public awareness about preserving the values of marine resources and environment for the country’s sustainable development.
At the ceremony, comrade Dinh Viet Hong and representatives of departments and agencies presented gifts to 3 families with relatives working on Truong Sa island and supported garbage collection tools for Hoang Mai town.
