Opening a road for people in the Ban Ve Hydropower Reservoir area connecting to Tay Nghe An road

The Nam Non River section through Tom village cannot be cleared for boats and rafts to pass through.
The optimal and long-term solution is to open a road to replace the waterway.
After receiving the province's policy, the Management Board of Hydropower Plant 2 coordinated with the People's Committee of Tuong Duong district and the Compensation and Site Clearance Council to inspect the landslide and silting points and determined that it was impossible to use machinery to clear the flow of the Nam Non River through Tom village for boats to pass through and chose the option of opening a road from Border Guard Station 523 located in Nhon Mai commune connecting Tay Nghe An road for people in the communes of Ban Ve hydropower reservoir to travel and transport goods.
Currently, Tuong Duong district and Hydropower Plant 2 Management Board signed a contract with Nam Nghe Construction and Trade Company Limited to transport machinery to construct and open roads.
