Expanding grass growing area for dairy farming

(Baonghean) -Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just approved the planning to expand the grass and corn growing area for dairy cow farming of TH Dairy Food Joint Stock Company.

According to this project, the area will be expanded by 2015 to 7,800 hectares in 50 communes, 8 districts in the province. The expansion of the area of ​​​​green forage crops for dairy cows will gradually meet the needs of the company's 45,000 dairy cows. In addition, about 2,500 to 3,000 workers will be provided with jobs, increasing the value of grass production to 60 to 70 million VND/ha, and corn cultivation to over 75 million ha per year.
