The seminar was held after the Nghe An Tourism Promotion Information Center coordinated with more than 15 tourism companies and units in the province to conduct a survey of the Vinh - Cua Lo - Nam Dan tourist route. Accordingly, in addition to some traditional attractions of this tourist route, tourism service units and enterprises were able to visit some newly exploited destinations such as: Nguyen Sinh family temple, the house of Nguyen Sinh Nham - Uncle Ho's grandfather, the house of bachelor Vuong Thuc Quy (Uncle Ho's teacher during his years in the countryside) in Kim Lien (Nam Dan); the monument where the patriot Phan Boi Chau lived as a child; Duc Son temple and pagoda cluster, the relic cluster of King Mai in Van Dien (Nam Dan); The delegation also conducted a survey at Lan Chau island tourist area, Song Ngu pagoda, Hai Giang 1 fish sauce craft village in Cua Lo town; Surveying the temple of King Quang Trung, the Museum of Military Zone IV, the Soviet Nghe - Tinh Museum in Vinh city... In fact, these are destinations that have existed for a long time, but are not known to many people, and up to now, many relics have been upgraded and restored to both contribute to traditional education and meet the requirements of exploiting tourism in the direction of culture - history - spirituality.

At the seminar, many opinions said that currently, the destinations in the Vinh - Cua Lo - Nam Dan tourism chain are still potential and have not been effectively exploited. Many works have great cultural and historical values but have not been widely promoted. In addition, issues such as infrastructure, auxiliary works, environmental sanitation, and the limitations of tour guides and interpreters are also issues that representatives of travel and tourism companies discussed enthusiastically. This really affects the quality of tourism products and cannot retain tourists...

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism affirmed that with the participation of the survey and frank assessments of tourism units, Nghe An tourism industry will absorb and find all measures to overcome. In the coming time, the province will invest in building a cultural, sports and tourism center to display, introduce and promote tourism products of Nghe An; invest in building more than 40 public toilets at historical sites and destinations in the area. Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong also requested that travel businesses must be responsible for coordinating and linking to promote the image of Nghe An tourism. There is investment, construction and design of tourism programs to meet objective requirements. Nghe An province always accompanies tourism businesses, creating the best conditions for travel businesses to expand tours and routes to promote efficiency.
