Since about 4:30 pm this afternoon, many MobiFone subscribers in Nghe An have reported the network being paralyzed.

Similarly, Ms. D., a bank employee in Vinh City, also said that every day before leaving, her son often called her to pick him up, but when she didn't hear him call, she turned on her phone and found out that the phone had no signal, and she couldn't turn it off and on again.
